- Assist RM to prepare credit analysis and conduct industry research -协助客户经理准备信贷分析和行业研究
- To be primarily responsible for managing the credit risk associated with the portfolio and ensuring high quality of the portfolio -主要负责管理相关客户的信贷风险，并确保信贷资产质量
-Assist Head of GB to complete regular reporting(including pipeline collection, MI checking) and coordination of various projects -协助部门负责人完成定期报告（包括潜在客户信息收集、管理数据检查等）和各种项目的协调工作
Qualifications 任职要求
- Strong Marketing sense and customer oriented working approach -强烈的营销意识和以客户为导向的工作方法
- Good financial analytical skill and credit memo preparation capabilities -良好的财务分析技能和信贷报告撰写能力
- Basic knowledge of financial industry and product knowledge of financial institution clients are preferred -具备金融行业的基础知识，了解金融机构客户的产品知识者优先
- Be able to work independently and withstand pressure -具有独立工作的能力和抗压能力
- Have strong networking and time management skills -具有较强的人际交往和时间管理技能
- Minimum 2-3 years’ banking experience or other financial industry. For graduates in recent 1 year from top-tier international universities (such as those ranked in the top 20 globally) or well-known domestic universities, or for these students who will graduate and be available to start in early 2025, the work experience requirement may be relaxed if they have not yet accumulated relevant experience. - 至少有 2 - 3 年的银行工作经验或其他金融行业经验.对于国内外top高校（例如国际排名前20或者国内知名高校）毕业1年内的学生，或者2025年初可毕业并报到的学生，若尚无相关工作经验，可适当放宽要求。
