What You’ll Be Doing 1.Provides the highest level of service to meet customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures . 2.Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, IP&E vendor resources and customers. 3.Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements on IP&E products and communicates efforts in a timely and effective 4.Processes routine customer IP&E orders accurately and timely. 5.Resolves discrepancies with the customer prior to IP&E order entry. 6.Enters IP&E sales orders into the Arrow system. 7.Review IP&E backlog report to fulfill IP&E orders most effectively. 8.Meets customer service agreements established in SOW.
What We Are Looking For 1.Typically requires a 4-year degree. Graduates from 985/211 universities are highly preferred. 2.A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in IP&E semiconductor companies or electronics distributors for Account Manager or Sales Engineer position. Majors in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering are preferred. 3.Could Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. 4.Clear and proper communication and articulation skills. 5.Proactive, flexible and result-oriented with can-do attitude.
