Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals. - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the watch or luxury goods industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to travel as needed. - Proficient in English communication.
