工作职责: 1.Follow the sales budget and explore new customers/ business. Handle pre-sales works, sales/ projects follow up for both current and new customers. 2.To provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the closure of sales including supporting in customers day to day operation matter 3.Participate in commercial negotiation, including pricing to secure profitable business and manage overall issues related to the customers handled. 4.Establish solid business relationship with customers handled. Conduct regular review with customers to ensure achievement of BD strategic goals and sales revenue. 5.Partner closely with our Product Management, Engineering and Program Management teams to ensure the development of an engineering solution meeting customer needs by an agreed timeline 6.Understanding manufacturing operations and works closely with internal departments 任职资格: 1.Tertiary education or above 2.5 years or above experience in business development/sales, in motor industry will be an advantage; 3.Prefer if have engineering knowledge in motors design & manufacturing 4.Strong organizational and analytical skills, and strong commercial acumen; 5.Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 6.Good writing and verbal communications skills in Mandarin. Proficiency in English will definitely be a plus. 7.Travel for customers’ visit and CCJX plant. 8.Station in Shenzhen
