1. 在指定区域内，通过针对潜在分销商和客户群体来扩大Exodus产品的市场份额。
2. 识别并开拓具有高增长潜力的新海外市场，同时提高Exodus产品在当地的知名度。
3. 积极参与专业展会和展览，展示Exodus品牌，提升其在业界的影响力。
4. 完成分配区域的销售目标。

任职资格
1. 具备生物学或生物医学相关学科背景。
2. 至少有2年以上的生命科学和分析仪器行业销售及渠道管理经验。
3. 具备出色的英语和中文书面及口头表达能力。
4. 具备出色的人际交往能力、卓越的沟通技巧和清晰的逻辑思维能力。
5. 具备有效的人力资源管理和团队建设技能。
6. 愿意并能够频繁出差以满足业务需求。

岗位职责
1. Expand the market for Exodus products in assigned regions by targeting potential distributors and customer groups.
2. Identify and penetrate new overseas markets with high growth potential while increasing local recognition of Exodus products.
3. Actively participate in professional fairs and exhibitions to showcase Exodus and enhance its presence in the industry.
4. Achieve the sales targets set for the assigned region.

任职要求
1. Possess a background in Biological Science or Biomedical-related disciplines.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management within the Life Science and Analytical Instruments industry.
3. Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Display strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills, and clear logical thinking.
5. Exhibit effective people management and team-building skills.
6. Be willing and able to travel frequently to meet business requirements.
