Responsibilities:
1、Functions as sustaining product owner, Establish relationships with key contacts in wafer fabrication, assembly/test, reliability, Application, quality to ensure strong communication and effective problem solving.
2、Generally responsible for all aspects of engineering activities associated with the assigned product portfolio.
3、Provide onsite PE support for Manufacturing operations to enable smooth running of owned products to meet delivery expectations.
4、Customer-facing technical support like Customer Return (EFAR) resolution and quality improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
5、Liaise with related manufacturing operations (test, assembly, probe and Fab) and Application team as needed to drive root cause investigations and resolution.
6、NPD product engagement, ownership transition through Safe Launch, production ramp to maturity.
7、Sustains products with cost reduction, yield improvements, BOM and technical documents maintenance.
8、Transfer project as swim-lane owner supporting ENG samples, Characterization, qualification, etc. Implement with Mfg/BU CAB review and issue PCN for customer approve.
Qualification:
1、A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics or Physics
2、3-5 years of device or product and test engineering experience preferable.
Proficient knowledge of power semiconductor devices such as IGBT, Rectifiers and gate drivers.
3、Knowledge of or experience in silicon fabrication, assembly and testing of discrete power devices is strongly desired. Experience in power modules is a plus.
4、Good knowledge in design of experiment, statistical analysis, simple circuit & failure analysis.
5、Hands-on working experience with statistical analysis software tools such as JMP is preferred.
6、Ability to multitask & self-driven to produce results in a timely fashion with strong sense of competitive urgency.
7、Good verbal and written communications skills.
