- Study alternative logistic flows to optimize lead time and costs such as: consolidation etc;
- Daily communication with Chinese suppliers and French buyers on orders quantity and production time; push suppliers to comply with our buyers’ needs;
-Establish an order follow up;
- Update all information in the system to assure orders transparency for French team;
- Provide weekly report of suppliers’ issues (expected delay…);
- Resolve shipping and documents problems;
- Follow and analyze all receiving goods discrepancies;
- Inform and help merchandisers to check and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse, accelerate resolution process and keep record;
- Prepare weekly analysis files before weekly meeting with sourcing team, and prepare one recap after meeting to push next actions about delay orders.
-Provide recommendations on all projects related issues, plans, reports, process;
-Ensure that all the orders tool are updated to assure orders transparency;
-Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager.
Job Requirements: - Good communication skills; - Excellent written and verbal skills in both Chinese & English; - Ability to work under pressure when needed; - A continuous amelioration mind is necessary to be agile and adapt the supply chain in a cost effective way; - Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others; - Willing to learn; High sense of job responsibility; - Solid PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
