1. Bachelor Degree or diploma in construction, engineering, civil engineering or other related discipline
2. 5 to 10 years relevant working experience, construction certificate is preferred
3. Good command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and other office software
4. Deep understanding of interior design, construction and project process, excellent engineering management and technical analysis and processing ability
5. Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project schedules, monitoring of the project schedule and budget the project's duration
6. Familiar with bidding process and 3rd party supervision, able to review construction drawings and coordinate with design team
7. Strong integrity, responsible and able to work under pressure, able to manage all activities on and off site
8. Knowledgeable with China and Beijing building codes and regulations
9. Good communication and team work sprit. Smooth communication is required to maintain the good relationship with client, main contractor and Sub-contractors
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria
1. Sustainability champion/LEED AP
2. PM licensed / Grade1 Certified Engineer is preferred)
3. Being well-versed in the M&E system, as well as other elevant trades such as IT and furniture
4. Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a must
