Main purpose 主要职责:
Be primarily responsible for identifying prospective hotel partners, crafting viable business proposals and strategies as well as maximizing derived revenue within the specified region.
主要负责发掘潜在客户和市场拓展,为客户提供解决方案和战略,达到利润***化,完成年度销售计划。

- Research, locate and qualify potential hotel partners and assess their viability, calculating the return on investment per site
对潜在客户进行评估调研,并估算投资回报率
- Understand and interpret the hotel’s business and technology requirements, leading to a viable business proposal
深入了解酒店业务和技术要求,主导方案制作,提供切实可行的方案
- Present interTouch value proposition to potential hotel partners and create professional proposals and launch strategies
向潜在客户宣传公司价值,并提供专业的方案和战略
- Negotiate favorable contract terms and maximize derived revenue
进行合同条款的谈判以达到利润***化
- Reliable forecasting and collecting marketing information; Understand in detail the competitive activity and regular business reporting to senior management
预测、收集准确可靠的市场信息和情报,并详细了解竞争对手的动态,定期报告管理层
61 Sales Management
销售管理
- Achieve quarterly and annual contract, installation and revenue targets
完成季度和年度签约、安装和利润率指标;
- Associate Account Management team on contact renewal
与客户管理团队协作合同续约工作完成季度和年度签约、安装和利润率指标
- Increase usage of the service, focused on driving revenue
增加客户使用的服务产品数量和规模,争取更多利润
- Oversee local execution of signed global accounts
了解跨国集团客户在本地的合同执行情况
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key decision makers
与客户高层/决策者保持并发展良好的关系
- Organize/attend the sales meeting regularly and participate the related marketing events and activities
定期组织/参加销售业绩会议,以及参加相关的展会等活动
- Keep on top of industry news, progress and related technologies. Share with team members and management
收集最新市场情报和技术动态,并与团队和管理层交流共享
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

COMPETENCIES: 任职要求
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing/Business/Hospitality Management or related;
市场营销/商务/酒店管理等相关专业本科以上学历
- English: CET-6, fluent oral English is an advantage
英语:CET-6,口语良好者优先
- 3+ years of Sales or related experience in related fields, Sales background in hotel vendors is a plus
3年以上销售经验,有酒店供应商销售经验者优先;
-Quick learner, self-motivated, good self-management, initiative and enable to work independently
学习能力强,能自我激励、自觉自省,独立工作;
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills, enable to reach agreement with customer upon mutual benefits
优秀的沟通和谈判技巧,与客户在互利基础上达成一致;
-Enable to work under pressure and flexible for travel.
能在压力下工作,适应出差;
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and Internet
熟悉微软办公软件Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook等,熟悉互联网
