Responsibilities:
61 Implement, Maintain and Improve Site Environment Management Systems (ISO14001).
61 Interpret local environment regulations and corporate policies/standards which are related to site. And implement the requirements in site accordingly.
61 Identify site environmental improvement opportunities, and support site management team to achieve zero non-compliance goal.
61 Lead and/or support environmental management programs. Provide technical support to resolve environmental challenges.
61 Monitor and analysis environmental data (waste disposal, wastewater discharge and air emission, incidents, etc.) and drive continuous improvements in environmental performance.
61 Develop and/or deliver environmental training programs.
61 Lead and/or support site 1st/2nd/3rd party environmental management audits.
61 Interact with environment stake holders outside the company - such as governmental authorities, agencies, communities and service providers.
61 Follow up other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
1. Education Background
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemistry or other related major.
2. Working Experience
61 Work experience in EHS no less than 5 years is preferred.
61 Familiar with Environmental Management System (ISO14001).
3. Skills and knowledge
61 A team player and co-work with all levels in the organization.
61 Strong communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
61 Actively monitor progress toward the goal. Trying different ways to drive the result.
