9) Knowledge in Electronic products advantage （in the Electronic
cigarette market will be advantage)
10) High organizational skills, following up on many tasks on the same time ,
managing staff, training, patience, high skills, regular reporting to
managers, submitting reports and strong management skills, working
under pressure and long hours and a strong memory is a must
11) High sensitivity to the staff working in the office and the factory and of
course to mandatory customers
12) Independent management ability without the need for permanent
management by the direct manager is mandatory.
13) High level in mathematics and understanding finance , credits and so on.
14) High ability to work with different departments such as marketing,
business development, product managers, finance, logistics, and more,
while working with a high level of humanity, sensitivity, but knowing how
to meet the needs of the department you will manage

17) Optional to fly from time to time to meet customers out of China.
18) Salary : between 20,000 to 30,000 RMB + yearly bonus depends on the
performance abilities of the worker.
19) Working days : Monday to Friday , Saturday if need can work from home.
Working hours : 9 am to 7 pm most of the time
20) Experience as a manager of selling, Marketing, or business development in Electronic Cigarettes (open system in 3-5 year and not disposables ) is advantage .
