Job Requirement:
1. Has a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in R&D, out of which minimum 2 years in Operations and/or Technical Functions
2. A plus experience in a commercial role (e.g., I&R Manager in the market) with deep category knowledge
3. Has a minimum 4 years project management experience including End to End
4. Has demonstrated required project management competencies - technical, leadership & business skills within a cross/functional team
5. Has worked a matrix like structure in a functionally structured environment
6. Has demonstrated courage and resilience and the agility and ability to solve problems
7. Has proven highly effective communication skills (presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees)
