1. Assisting the Director in the overall administrative management of the office;
2. Providing support in key areas of strategy planning of the University;
3. Act as an effective liaison and contact point among the University, School, Government and Agencies, provide timely feedback and supports to all the parties;
4. Organizing and coordinating meetings, visits and events;
5. Drafting government documents or relevant files;
6. Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university;
2. Not less than 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in support of a major academic unit or office, preferably experience in government;
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Excellent command of English and Chinese, in both writing and speaking;
5. Excellent time management skill and ability to work under pressure;
6. Knowledge of relevant government policies and procedures.
