Job Purpose: This role will interface with external customers, product team, operation functions and senior management to deliver our sales results and provide the up-class service to customers the employee also expected drive the organization to move upfront among our competitions and be the market leader in our business sector: 1. Develop new business opportunities in area to meet the assigned sales / net revenue and volume targets and expand our customer base across different trade lanes that target on. 2. Maintain good relationship with Field Sales customers for all business. 3. Identify sales opportunity and obtain more business to achieve sales target with good teamwork spirit. Key Accountabilities: 1. Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solution per the account requirements 2. Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business 3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders and collect reference business intelligence for revaluation 4. Take lead of business project or campaign, to formulate business strategy, execution and monitoring to deliver the expected result 5. Building Sales network and conduct a minimum number of on-site client visits per month Account Activity no less than 15 clients visit per week. Meet baseline sales target 6. Review the pipeline and do reporting at weekly meeting. Summarize the clients' information with volumes, routing, personal evaluation etc. when reporting 7. Support line manager and play key role with team member and the other department to meet company goal 8. Achieve individual new local business targets in terms of volume, sales and net revenue 9. Gather market information and identify sales leads and strategy 10. Be responsible to push AR collection 11. Input into C-VIEW and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Minimum 3 years sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry 3. Good knowledge in logistics and forwarding business 4. Fluent spoken and written English 5. Excellent communication with different functions and levels of staff
