Scope of Responsibilities: 1. To achieve 100% of team and personal sales target for assigned shows (including space revenue, CMO and e-revenue). 2. To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget. 3. Develop sales and manage exhibitor prospect list. 4. To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required. 5. Sell at competitive shows. 6. To obtain signed contracts and payments in full. 7. To record all sales in CRM system-GBS sales 8. To prepare accurate and timely sales reports. 9. To work together with the related functional team to provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high level customer satisfaction. 10. To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level. 11. To monitor and manage assigned sales team to achieve the sales target 6 weeks prior to the show. 12. Provide accurate weekly sales report and work plan to Project Director and attend the weekly sales review meeting.
Qualifications: 1. Degree graduated with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibition and conference industry 2. Good spoken and written English/Chinese 3. Articulate and possess strong communication skills 4. Must have good initiative and a positive attitude 5. Resourceful and a good team player 6. Ability to work under high pressure
