Position: Staff Engineer Project: Liwan 3-1 CEP 10 bar Wet Gas Compressor (WGC) Representative Location: Shenzhen Duration: Sep 1, 2024 - Jun 30, 2027 As the Company project representative seconded to CNOOC PMT, this position is responsible for working with CNOOC PMT for managing the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and pre-commissioning activities for the LW3-1 CEP 10bar WGC (Operator CNOOC). It is crucial to understand and manage the key aspects of the JV partner relationship and project execution. The position is responsible for ensuring that long-term mega-projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the safety and operational integrity of personnel and facilities. 83 Protect Company interest by direct or in-direct engagement with CNOOC PMT, under JMC/JPC procedures and practices. 83 Adding values to LW CEP 10bar project by extensive project management and technical knowledge and skills. 83 Work with CNOOC PMT, provide overall management to ensure project remains within approved budget, while minimizing risk. Manage the project risks through development of risk registers including project, operations, business and event driven risks, assignment of risk owners, mitigating strategies and regularly review the project risk profile with project stakeholders. 83 Build and maintain good relationship with partner CNOOC PMT members. 83 Review project reports. Compile summary reports for Company internal use. 83 Manage project with Company Project Delivery System (PDS). Responsible for business assurance and compliance where applicable. 83 Ensure proper engineering/qualification of new technology applications (domestic compressor vendor etc.) 83 Work closely with JV partner in identifying & selecting top quality engineering firms for the projects. 83 Work with CNOOC PMT, ensure appropriate technical, scope, cost estimate and management reviews/audits take place on a timely basis and findings are actioned. 83 Promote Company HSE culture. Always demonstrate HSE commitment and lead by example. Qualifications 83 Registered Professional Engineer 83 PMP or advanced project management degree or equivalent experience 83 15+ years Offshore Experience in Constructing development projects
