高级顾问-产业及工业地产 We are looking for a talent from mainland China who is willing to advance their career of Real Estate in Thai market. This position will be responsible for Chinese accounts to ensure we provide best services of Colliers standard and close sales. Job Descriptions: - Coordinate, assist or take primary responsibility for Chinese clients, focusing on factory and warehouse sales and leases. This includes negotiations, acquisitions, and marketing consultancy in the leasing of Industrial space. - Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customer services to increase productivity in all aspects of sales process. - Find sales leads and document the performance of the sales leads, specifically targeting the Chinese market. - Find new property stocks and record them in an organized manner. - Proactively engage with leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales pipeline. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system. - Compile sales activities and lead performance of individual and team members into reports for management review including sales forecast and monthly business review (Sales performance updates). - Participate or lead team meetings. - Provide daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports and regular updates on work in progress. Qualifications Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in Industrial sales sector - Fluent in Mandarin and English - Customer Service and Sales mindset - Strong personality and accountability - Good interpersonal, self-motivated skills, presentation skills, service mind and able to work independently as well as team - Advanced proficiency in productivity software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Canva for creating presentations, analyzing data, and generating reports. - Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
