Responsibilities:
1.Drives the program execution proactively across all related function groups.
2.Provide support to platform program manager during design phase.
3.Lead the program in qualification phase and MRR phase at Thailand site.
4.Embeds program management best practices, including Risk Upfront, within the Platform.
5.Ensure the quality of the deliverables of the program using Lumentum’s PDP check list as a reference.
6.Run weekly accountability meetings starting qualification phase or earlier. Identify risks and provide risk mitigation plan with the team. Drive on time delivery of the program.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor of Science or related field.
2.Min 5 years' solid project management experience
3.With working experience in optical industry is highly preferred.
4.Understanding of Kaizen and PDP (Product Development Process)
5.Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
6.must have excellent people skills.
7.Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
8.Travel to oversee (Thailand) manufacturing site as needed.
