Responsibilities 岗位职责

a) Review responsible sourcing assessment reports and documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness as per company and client’s requirements.

b) Process reviewed reports to the clients and/or upload reports in client’s system and/or database as required.

c) Communicate with responsible sourcing managers or program support for specific client requirement updates.

d) Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way.

e) Report outstanding issues regarding report quality to relevant managers and QA timely.

f) Work with auditors to respond and follow up client report feedback.

Qualifications岗位要求

a) Possession of bachelor’s degree or equivalent, majoring in Health and Safety, Environment or English will be an advantage.
本科以上学历，健康与安全、环境或英语专业优先。

b) 3 years or more work experience in audit/review experience or equivalent CSR background in the manufacturing industry are required.
3年以上的审核/评审工作经验或同等的制造业企业社会责任背景。

c) Fluent reading, writing and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

d) High Conscientious and responsible attitude in daily working is a must.

e) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Web skills.

i) A qualified SMETA, BSCI, Disney etc. auditor or relevant manufacturing industry auditor will be considered as a priority.

k) Communicate with auditors regarding report clarification issues.
