Functional Responsibility 1. Be responsible for communication with suppliers/customers or agents, arrange the shipment export; 负责与客户/代理进行联系,安排货物的出口事宜; 2. Lead and motivate team members to ensure timely, and excellent Customer Service; 带领和激励团队成员为客户提供高效优质服务; 3. Be responsible for settle operation problem, communication with customs broker, coordinate and communication with customer and settle customer consulting; 负责解决操作过程中的问题,和报关行联系沟通工作;客户协调、沟通,解答咨询; 4. Be able to achieve KPI and complete cargo delivery on time; 遵从KPI的要求,准时完成货物运输任务; 5. Monitor team members’ performance and workload and provide assistance or training where and when necessary; 监督团队成员的表现和工作量;必要时可辅助团队成员完成当前工作,并进行培训; 6. Assist the department head or supervisor in handling bidding, team management and staff training aspects, etc; 协助部门领导或上级处理招投标、团队管理和员工培训方面等; 7. Update and maintain customer information, SOP and supplier information timely; 及时更新维护客户信息、SOP和供应商信息; 8. Follow other instruction from Leader. 上级安排的其他工作。 Personal Capabilities & Education 1. College degree or above, logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred; 专科及以上学历,物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先考虑; 2. Carefulness, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under strong working pressure; 认真细心,善于沟通,有良好的团队协作精神;性格开朗,能承受一定工作压力; 3. Over 8 years’ South America experience in cs/op and 1 year supervisor; 有8年以上南美线客服/操作经验,1年相关主管经验; 4. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time and work in time; 责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务,良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作; 5. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently. 熟悉office办公软件;英语听说读写熟练,能独立与海外代理及客户沟通。
