工作职责:
Position Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the application demand analysis of the LED driver products, and provide application guidance for customers.
2. Provide technical support and product training for sales and agents, and provide technical guidance, recommendation and scheme design for customers.
3. Keep close contact with customers' technical personnel, help customers choose the products, and provide professional and timely technical support and consulting services.
4. Collect LED driver product market information, customer demand, competitor information, etc., and feed back to the company to assist in the definition of new products.
5. Confirm the quality problems fed back by customers on site, and support the company's handling of customer complaints.
6. Communicate FAE performance by publishing, tracking, and evaluating progress monthly.
7. Update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and weekly communications with supervisor.
8. Other duties as assigned
任职资格:
Skills & Abilities:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, good basic knowledge of switching power supply or electronics.
2. Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. 2+ years in LED driver FAE or 3+ years work experience in lighting industry FAE.
