1、Develop overall category and channel activation plans, monitor the performance, and ensure all activation plans’ implementation. 2、Improve portfolio management and drive in-store merchandising excellence for all sales channels to enhance brand awareness and sales productivity. 3、Determine priorities on promotion projects per accounts/customers aligned with sales, marketing and Finance in order to ensure the implementation of the most profitable ones. 4、Initiate and lead promotional plan agreed with sales, marketing and finance from promo proposal to post mortems to drive sales performance for both online and offline. 5、The development and implementation of customized activations that fit within the activation plan, to ensure an effective and efficient use of the budget. 6、 Lead status review meetings with Sales, Marketing team to analyse each activation and highlight results to define future more profitable plans. 7、Periodically review, supervise the execution quality of shelf position, assortment/distribution opportunities, promotional executions etc. 8、 Facilitate the category rolling 3-month sales forecast with both commercial and supply chain to make sure right NPD pipeline, promotional forecast, customer stocking and volume target delivery.
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Trade Marketing role - FMCG experience in MNC with comprehensive understanding of online & offline business - Strong data analytics ability - Solid skills of portfolio and campaign planning and executions. - Able to identify new opportunities and proactively address business needs - Flexible and creative problem-solving skills with strong ability to prioritize multiple projects - Good communication skills - Strong teamwork spirit - Working with enthusiasm and self-motivated - Good knowledge of MS office and good written and spoken English level
