Set the individual KPI for the team. Communicate the KPI’s and structure effectively to the team. Manage the team to ensure they achieve the defined targets. 3、Be responsible for the development and management of distributors for the target region, and control, supervise the annual plans’ execution for the distributors. 4、Effectively utilize TRE to achieve sales targets.
