Responsibilities:
1.To demonstrated record of leadership and success in driving purchasing process improvement resulting in measurable benefits to the company.
2.Responsible for the purchasing activities, including supplier selections, price negotiations, handle vendor selection and evaluation, contract management, quality and delivery performance management and supplier performance measurement.
3.Develop and execute the corporate strategy and policy on sourcing and purchasing & build up strong relationship with vendors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:
1.Degree in Purchasing or Supply management or other related discipline.
2.5 years in plant materials management and progressive experience in sourcing and purchasing functions with noteworthy accomplishments in one or more process industries; metal component industry experience is an asset.
3.Expertise with cost analysis, supplier analysis, performance metrics, and project management.
4.Experience of developing trust-based relationships at all levels and participation in the development and execution of the purchasing department function.

3.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
4.Strong ERP experience.
