61 3D software skills: general drawing skill and analysis skill of 3D models, modification the customer 3D drawings according the DFM from the suppliers.
61 Ability to recommend the lower cost process to the customer

61 Ability to instruct the potential supplier of material and process.
61 Ability to instruct to do the cost down plan coordinated with EW and the customer.
61 Ability to judge whether the manufacturer’s capability meet the RFQ requirements and to validate initially the suppliers’ ability of manufacturing, engineering and quality system.
61 Ability to bring up the DFM information to EW and the customers.
61 The knowledge of USA and EU industrial standard, and ability to review the details of the document.
61 The ability to research unusual component’s specification, manufacturing process and find the potential suppliers.
