Vendor Experience Specialist's responsibilities will include:
- Work with Vendor Service & Issue Resolution team for Jumia Global;
- Follow vendor related daily cases and make calls if needed;
- Actively develop productive working relationships with each department and serve as a subject matter expert on vendor operation support related tasks;
- Deal with vender performance data analysis and make improvement actions. Review and monitor weekly/monthly KPI achievement, compile statistics report regularly and conduct investigation on non-conformance cases;
- First-mile/Aftersales operations follow up and problem solving, such as quality analysis and improvement, operations process improvement;
- Vendor experience project/initiative management;
- Enhancement of Vendor Experience for Jumia Global.
Who we′re looking for:
- Vendor experience OPS management, process improvement experience preferred;
- Good communication skill;
- Excellent in Microsoft productivity tools is a required;
- Data analysis skill is required;
- E-commerce experience is a plus;
- Project management experience is a plus;
- Fluent in English.
