產品設計技術員 – DESIGN TECHNICIAN
Location: Longgang District, Shenzhen, China
Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Design Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Design Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design and development team by providing technical expertise, creating detailed design drawings (TECH PACKS), and assisting in the development of innovative products or projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a must for this role, as you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and precise design illustrations. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and our merchandise team to ensure the successful execution of projects. If you have a passion for turning creative ideas into practical solutions, possess strong technical skills, and are exceptionally skilled with Adobe Illustrator, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Support: Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans using Adobe Illustrator. Assist in the development of prototypes and product models.
2. Adobe Illustrator Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create accurate 2D and vector-based 3D drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Ensure illustrations comply with industry standards and regulations.
3. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and design specifications with Adobe Illustrator.
4. Sample Development: Work hands-on to build, assemble, and test prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot design issues as they arise.
5. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other technicians, to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in design and engineering. Propose process improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
61 Good verbal and written English skill is essential.
61 High school diploma or equivalent, a degree in design is preferred.
61 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design tools.
61 Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
61 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
61 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
61 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
61 Prior experience in a design or technical role is a plus.
