Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for daily sourcing operations for direct materials;
2.Develop, assess, evaluate and manage suppliers' performance;
3.Negotiate price and manage contract with the suppliers;
4.Improve processes & procedures of sourcing flow, system and operation;
5.Support RFQ and suppliers selection;
6.Lead, coach and strengthen the team to meet the requirement of internal customers;
7.Perform material and BOM price analysis, and prepare related reports;
8.Conduct continuous material cost reduction;
9.Perform ad-hoc activities as required.

Requirements:
1、Degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management;
2、 Minimum 8 years solid experience, with at least 3 years in similar position in sizeable or multinational manufacturing companies;
3、Good component and product knowledge with proven record in handling electronics OEM/ ODM projects in areas of sourcing, suppliers’ selection, certification and performance management;
4、 Strong knowledge and experience in IP&E and Mechanical sourcing in China and outside China;
5、 Hands on experience in MRP system operation;
6、 Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers for terms, conditions, lead-time and cost down;
7、Positive working attitude, self-motivated, responsible, good communication skill and a good team player;
8、 Result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure;
9、 Good command of spoken and written English.
