Responsible for system operations, monitor computer equipment, perform operations jobs and incident escalation

61 Maintain and deliver quality computer operations services in compliance with standards, policies and operating procedures

61 Review and prepare operations procedures and jobs scheduling

61 Support and collaborate with IT support teams to conduct system operational activities

Support system/application recovery activities

61 Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines

61 2 + years experiences in system operations

61 Familiar with the operations of Linux, Windows, IBM mainframe and Cloud.

61 Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.

61 Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

61 Able to work independently and under pressure

61 Good teamwork experience

61 7 x 24 shift duty is required, by roster, morning shift 07:00 – 15:30, evening shift 15:00- 23:30 and night shift 23:00 – 07:30, there is 30mins overlapped for shift handover.

61 General shift pattern: every 8 days is a cycle, with 6 days on duty and 2 days off, which is subject to roster.

On duty at Weekend and Public holiday subject to roster.
