We seek a talented, creative and experienced R&D Manager to join our R&D team.

61 Drive projects with changeable targets and tight timelines to successful prototypes.
61 Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and Marketing leaders and suppliers to innovate, design and implement simple and elegant solutions.
61 Research and review the development of visual and functional prototypes.
61 Research and scout the suitable technology in the market to fulfill business requirements.
61 Coach and develop the big and strong technical team with people from different backgrounds, culture and thinking models, midset.
61 Reserve advantage technologies in R&D team and implement for new product.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
61 Excellent English speaking with presentable communication.
61 Wide and deep technology knowledge in consumer products domain and good hands-on capability.
61 Design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining process, and assembly processes.
61 Skilled in communicating ideas, concerns and direction, verbal and written with excellent presentation and speaking.
61 Present to a large group regardless of position within the company, and willing to take on challenges confidently and effectively.
61 Encourage cooperation, coordination, and collaboration across functional, department and regional.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
61 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline from a top university, Master degree is a plus.
61 10+ years’ experience in product design engineering, working from initial concept ideally in the kitchen appliance industry is a plus
61 Be good at Creo or Solidwork design software and PPT.
61 Be knowledgeable of Six-sigma, DFMEA, CAE, etc.
