该职位主要负责欧洲客户项目的制程质量管理及客诉应对 Responsibilities: 1. Well leading team to work on failure root-cause analyses and define effective improvement actions. 2. Drive quality improvement and problem solving in internal and external supplier site.3. Familiar with new product APQP, PFMEA, QC tools, MSA and Microsoft Office software.4. Leading quality team to handle key customers from Europe and China.5. Capable to manage customer audit on existing and new production lines.6. Capable to minimize cost impact when product quality issue occurred.7. Determine systemic improvement actions aligned to company strategy according to previous quality performance. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree, engineering major is preferred. 2. With 5+ years relevant experience in automotive industry.3. Skilled in advanced product quality planning (APQP) and quality tools; PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.4. Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma.5. Fluent English in order to deal with European customers.6. Good communication skills.
