Purpose of the job This role will provide support to Category Managers in the daily planning, monitoring and execution of project operations for HH Global’s Central Sourcing Office (CSO). Key responsibilities 61 Support Category Managers in order process and follow-up with suppliers. 61 Co-ordinate samples arrangement (receive and unpack samples, review sample against product specifications, create sample evaluation report to document findings, pack and send to client). 61 Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements. 61 Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. 61 Record order details in company’s system for documentation, coordination, review and analysis. 61 Manage FRI and inline inspection booking with our internal QC team and 3rd party partners. 61 Liaise with logistics department to monitor vessel bookings and closing date. 61 Provide administrative support to the team. Knowledge, Skills + Experience 61 Diploma or above. 61 Relevant experience in the Softlines industry (Textile & Bags) is an advantage. 61 3 years of experience in sourcing / buying office or trading company. 61 Literate in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 61 Professional Working Proficiency in English (with a focus on written English). 61 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 61 Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, good time management. 61 Ability to work collaboratively in pursuit of team goals. 61 Exceptional personal integrity.
