The Project Manager II oversees multiple medium to large complexity/risk/impact projects.

What you will do: 61 Coordinate project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. 61 Communicate and coordinate with program leadership, external suppliers/vendors, functional area leaders and stakeholders regarding status of specific projects. 61 Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity using problem solving tools and techniques. 61 Identify roadblocks and recommend resolutions; develop plans to turn any/all project challenges into order for all aspects of the project deliverables. 61 Develop, maintain and manage project stakeholders and appropriate communication, engagement and support. 61 Ensure program leadership is fully engaged, supportive and clear on project plans, resources and deliverable status. 61 Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports but will lead and/or instruct on the New Product Development Process as well as Project Management methodologies. Characteristics for Success: 61 Project management professional certification preferred. 61 Demonstrated influence/communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with various levels in organization. 61 Strong planning and organizational skills. 61 Demonstrated time management skills while delivering multiple objectives. 61 Demonstrated business analysis skills. 61 Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities. 61 Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions. 61 Ability to follow Keurig Policies and Procedures as well as our Operating Principles.
