Requirements For QAE Position
1.Improve factory's quality by using Quality Tools such as Factory Quality Audit, PDCA, 8D, PMI and QAM so as to identify and address key improvement area
2.Support the Project Execution by reviewing and addressing those identified problems relating to workmanship and process control before MP
3.Conduct eyewitness evaluation for new programs to ensure Makers implementing the test according to CTL’s requirements, especially the PTN
4.Participate in quality issues analysis together with internal and external parties, and follow up for effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions through the handling of PQR/8D/factory visits
5.Evaluate the Maker's quality reports (eg IPQC top 5, IQC, OQC) and monitor those identified non-conformance to be addressed
6.Conduct the new factory audit as per request from the Business Development Team, and maintain the quality audit for active factories if an unacceptable quality level occurs based on AQL result and or PQR events
7.Evaluate the rechargeable Battery and LED Factory's ability and maintain the Preferred Factory List.
