Job Responsibilities:
1. Continues improvement and technical support to all sustaining products which include component/product verification, validation and release for production.
2. To follow up the design change projects, repeat molds & components qualification included plastic, metal or purchased parts within specified timeline.
3. Maintenance CAF, BOM, ECR & ECON.
4. To do root cause analysis for trouble shooting on all production issues.
5. Cooperate with and implement the company's lean production requirements and policies.
6. Familiar with and strictly abide Hayco Quality policy, EHS policy 、HR policies 、C-TPAT、AEO standards、GMP etc. and related implementation requirement.

Job Requirement：
1. College or above, Engineering related major.
2. More than 2 years working experience on Engineering related. Prefer to Project Engineering experience .
3. Know well with Understand Household Product, Personal Care Product, Design Standards, Safety Standards.
4. Skillful communication with team member, Team working.
5. Have a positive working attitude and good personal values, independence and reliability.
6. Good at read & write, General at spoken English;
