Job Descriptions
Build relationship with customers and understand the needs and requirement
Develop effective sourcing strategy and build strong vendor network to support business growth
Manage Product Development process to ensure products can meet customer quality and budget requirements.
Responsible for daily merchandising activities from sample arrangement, price negotiation, order follow up, production control and quality assurance.
Work closely with cross functional teams
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process or escalate in a timely manner to seek help;
Get familiar with LF internal order management system and provide necessary support and maintenance;
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Be Proactive and positive to learn more and take more responsibility.

熟悉LF内部订单管理系统,并提供必要的支持和维护
执行管理分配的其他职责
主动积极地学习更多内容,承担更多责任。

Requirements
1. College's degree or above;
2. A minimum of 5 years merchandising experience in Stationery, Solid experience in the EU/UK market, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background.
3. Have product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process;
4. Workable written and oral English, literate in Microsoft office programs;
5. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
6. Solid experience in order follow up with oversea clients and factories.
7. Have clear-minded to handle multi-tasks and project details.
职位要求:
1. 大学及以上学历;
2. 至少有 5 年文具行业的商品经验,能够熟悉欧盟/英国市场,拥有贸易/采购办公室背景者优先。
3. 具备产品和材料知识,拥有良好的开发技能,并熟悉商品和产品开发流程;
4. 具备良好的英语书写和口语能力,熟练使用微软办公软件;
5. 具备良好的沟通能力,客户导向,自我驱动,团队合作精神,能够解决问题,并能在压力下工作。
6. 拥有与海外客户和工厂跟单的丰富经验。
7. 思路清晰,能够处理多项任务和项目细节。
