We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content and Visuals Manager to oversee and manage the branding, content planning, and visual representation of our watches. This role involves a blend of strategic content development, coordination with photographers, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure our brand’s image is consistently portrayed across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities: 1.Brand Understanding: -Gain a deep understanding of the watch brands, values, and target audience. -Align content and visual strategies with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
2.Content Planning: -Develop and execute a content plan that effectively showcases our watches and aligns with marketing objectives. -Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content plans support broader marketing campaigns.
3.Creative Ad Design and Development: -Conceptualize and design visually engaging ads that promote the brand and its products. -Create and manage multi-platform ad content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting for both digital and print ads. -Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ads align with the overall branding strategy and target audience preferences.
4.Content Creation: -Generate fresh, creative content ideas to engage the target audience across social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. -Work with copywriters, graphic designers, and videographers to produce cohesive, high-impact content that drives engagement.
5.Watch Management: -Oversee and manage the selection and preparation of watches for photoshoots. -Ensure the accuracy and quality of watch representation in all visual content.
6.Photography Coordination: -Brief photographers on the brand’s vision, style, and specific requirements for each photoshoot. -Set up lifestyle photoshoots, ensuring that all visual content meets brand standards.
7.Photo Selection and Editing: -Review and select photos for editing, ensuring they meet the brand’s visual and quality standards. -Work closely with the editing team to ensure that final images accurately represent the watches and align with brand aesthetics.
8.Organization and Distribution: -Organize and compile final photos and content. -Distribute selected images to the necessary teams for use in various publications and marketing materials. -Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that high-quality visuals are used effectively in campaigns.
9.Quality Assurance: -Ensure that the final images and content accurately reflect the real watches, including consistency between physical products and their visual representations. -Conduct thorough checks to confirm that edited photos maintain the integrity of the brand’s image.
10.AI Tool Utilization: -Research and survey AI tools and platforms to improve content creation efficiency, including automated design tools, copy generation software, and AI-driven content recommendations. -Leverage AI tools for predictive analysis to optimize content strategies and improve engagement metrics. -Implement AI solutions to streamline repetitive tasks, such as photo editing, content scheduling, and analytics reporting.
