Key Activities and Responsibilities: -Manage cross functional team to deliver manufactured products from Concept through Production Validation. -Ensure product/process technical development activities meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets. -Ensure technical design reviews for a project are completed as per the project plan. -Communicate technical requirements clearly and accurately to the project team including internal stakeholders and OEM suppliers -Track and document technical deliverables to support product approval.
Competencies/ Education Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Physics or electrical/electronic engineering -7+ years experiences in manufacturing or product design or quality assurance including 3+ years as a leader role -Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities -Experience handling complex, cross functional projects with systematic problem solving skills -Excellent communication and leadership skills, clear and consistent ability to motivate teams of people, remains flexible and calm in times of uncertainty. -Fluent English is a must-to-have.
-Prefered Skills and experiences: -Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Physics -System Engineering Certification (INCOSE) -PMP (PMI) certified -OPEX Black Belt or experiences in 6 sigma -Product Development Experience within a consumer products Industry
