Business Development Tasks: Analyzing market needs/ Trends in term of application, products specification and potential market size Collecting competitors’ information: price, product services. Assessing competition such as product benchmark, competitors’ pricing etc Feeding back market information to Business Unit so as to ensure right strategy for market Studying the new demand in market Operational tasks: Representing joining and assembly conducts sales activities on the market Investigating sales opportunities in term of content, budget and schedule Understanding and guiding customer’s technical specification Getting to know customer’s organizational structure and role of each participate Working together with APM and service engineer to prepare technical solution to fulfill customer’s demand and have it clarified and accepted by customer Organizing and participating from Bid document preparation through final commercial discussion and contract signing Conducting professional handover to Project Management team Responsible for customer satisfaction survey Supporting to collect open payment Assisting management in business forecast Other works may be assigned
Qualification: Minimum bachelor degree of engineering, major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. At least 3 years sales experience in automobile industry with solid joining and assembly experiences Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills Self-motivated, flexible and good team player Be able to accept frequent business travel.
