工作职责: -Provide information for drafting development strategies and plans. Create and update opportunity in CRM in a timely manner, responsible for fully collecting and analyzing the competitive information of responsible customers, explore customers' needs, promote relevant products or solutions for achieving the sales orders. 为客户开发及发展战略计划的拟定提供信息。利用CRM系统创建并管理商机,负责全面地收集与分析所辖客户的竞争信息,挖掘客户需求并及时全面推广相关产品或解决方案以促成销售订单的完成。
-Responsible for building relationship network of responsibled customers, increase customer quantities, maintain cutomer information in the CRM and use the historical information to visit customers strategically, in order to develop target customers into long-term and win-win partnerships 负责建立所辖客户关系网络,增加客户数量,在CRM系统维护客户信息并利用历史信息有策略地拜访客户,发展所辖客户为我司长期合作伙伴。
-Responsible for aligning the business contract clauses with responsible customers and fulfill the contract. Manage responsible customer payment collection and support Finance to manage customer credit risks. 负责与所辖客户商定合同条款并执行,对客户应收账款进行管理,协助财务部管理客户信用风险.
-Coordinating internal teams to provide customer service support such as product application suggestions and product/service training. Delivering industry and customer information to internal teams. Advice inventory requirements and responsible to sell out inactive stock. Assist Marketing department to excute the relevant promotion events. 协调内部相关部门为客户提供服务支持,并基于内部反馈向客户提供产品应用建议及相关产品/服务培训; 及时向内部相关部门反馈行业及客户信息; 按需提出库存需求并清理呆滞库存; 并协助市场部执行相关推广活动。 任职资格: -Good at communication, result oriented 善于沟通、结果导向。
-College (or above) major in automation, electronic engineering, etc 大专(及以上)的自动化,电子工程等专业。
