About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
80Prospect new sales opportunities within his area.
80Work closely with the marketing team to covert lead opportunities to clients
80Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting client relationship
80Reply and follow up on new enquiries via different sales channels (E-mails, Live Chat, Phone Calls, Social Media, Networking, Referrals…etc).
80Follow up with creditors on significantly overdue invoices in line with Accounts Receivable policy.
80Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
80Maintaining CRM records for owned accounts including, but not limited to ensuring opening opportunities related to RFQs, logging sales activities (meetings, calls, etc.) and updating contact information.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours, we work with targets not hours!
Requirements
80Able to speak fluent English, a 2nd language will be a major plus
80Good communicator in both writing and verbally.
80Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
80Customer focus mindset
80B-2-B sales professional with previous experience in the TIC industry
80A recognized salesperson with the ability to hunt for new business and develop your own client portfolio;
80Independent person who can manage his schedule and self-motivate without constant supervision.
80Results-oriented, with a passion for top-notch client care;
