Key Responsibilities:
Join our team in Shenzhen and play a critical role in analyzing business data to inform strategic decisions across marketing, pricing, and CRM. As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will:
1. Design and implement comprehensive BI solutions that provide insights across all e-commerce channels (Amazon, Walmart, own digital channels).
2. Develop and maintain KPI tracking systems that align with business objectives across different platforms.
3. Perform in-depth business data analysis using Excel, Python, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights.
4. Assist in the customization of the ERP/Information system, focusing on reporting and dashboard functionalities.
5. Collaborate with the Data Analytics Associate to implement advanced analytics into BI solutions.
6. Perform market intelligence analysis to inform business strategies and customer relationship management.

Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration with a focus on analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science with a business minor.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong experience in BI tool development and implementation in an e-commerce context.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis, particularly with pandas and NumPy.
- Experience with Python-based data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
- Understanding of Python for information processing and ETL workflows.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling for efficient querying and reporting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with BI tools.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business intelligence.
