Responsibilities: - Provide top-tier support to Chinese-speaking gamers, working closely with developers to enhance the player experience. - Manage user inquiries, including timely response, prioritization, and effective problem-solving. - Coordinate with the technical team for resolving complex issues and anomalies encountered during gameplay. - Manage and organize gamer feedback and inquiries, and respond to them as needed. - Assist with technical issues, account recovery, and clarification of game mechanics. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents related to user feedback and queries. - Handle confidential user information with discretion and professionalism. - Be familiar with work management tools such as Google, Microsoft Office, and Jira - Participate in regular meetings with developers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - High level of professionalism and discretion. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed. - Interest or record in the gaming industry is a plus. - Candidate should be based in Shenzhen.
