Marketplace - Mexico Essential Functions of the Job: Identify key business opportunities for the retail countries ecommerce platforms and manage toward a growth plan. Enable the sellers’ capability and capacity in ecommerce platforms to drive GMV and improve contribution profit. Closely work with Trust and Safety team on compliance standard, identify high risk items and help sellers understand the standard in the platforms. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting seller business performance. Analyze each retail market online trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements. Support the seller matrix for the region. Measure supplier/seller performance, capability and capacity. Keep information up to date, meeting with them on a regular basis to address concerns. Maintain a firm knowledge of trade, political and social issues. Maintain a close relationship with sellers, communicating changes in policy or process in a timely manner. Identify, qualify, and engage with existing/news sellers for Marketplace while creating a clear value proposition of selling to business customers on online platforms, along with the features and functionality. Meet or exceed quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics. Analyze the business and conduct deep dive analysis; provide routine executive-level reporting on the Seller’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data. Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business. Advocate on behalf of Sellers and other external stakeholders to influence product roadmap. Requirements: 3-5 years relevant experience in the cross border trade, ecommerce and/or related industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects. At least 5 years seller management experience in ecommerce platforms. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) 61 Home industry experience preferred. Able to take charge of time and action plans globally across offices. Able to manage large amounts of data. Establishes efficient processes in order to make sound decisions. Able to work under pressure, Takes ownership, Manages multiple projects well. Fluent in English. Spanish language capability would be as a plus.
