Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain daily business communication with overseas clients, ensuring accurate understanding of and response to their needs, while nurturing strong client relationships. 2. Organize and participate in client reception activities, including developing detailed reception plans, itineraries, and coordinating business activities to showcase the company’s image. 3. Provide professional product demonstrations and on-site explanations, detailing product performance, technical specifications, and application scenarios to enhance client understanding. 4. Accompany the sales team on client visits abroad, offering real-time translation and support during business negotiations to facilitate smooth cooperation. 5. Assist in handling overseas client orders and contracts, tracking order progress to ensure timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications: 1. Must be an international student or resident from a native English-speaking country, capable of conducting business communication in English; Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in international sales or related fields is preferred, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette. 3. Possess strong organizational, coordination, communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset, able to independently manage client affairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
