The role is responsible for customer stabilization, retention, and optimization, ensuring stability in the customer experience. This role will establish clear KPIs and SLAs for defined customer programs, ensuring clarity of understanding and program execution expectations. The role will own the strategic operational roadmap for the customer(s), prioritizing and balancing the opportunities for greatest impact to the bottom line, while relentlessly driving optimization of the customer program across active geographies. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead the governance and delivery of customer programs (Contract Logistics) within the accounts that are assigned 2. Adopt a regional view of the operational program delivery and its associated impact to customers' strategic goals and objectives 3. Utilize appropriate programs and project management methodologies to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved 4. Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs 5、Identify and rectify recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems 6. Articulate the gaps in performance between customer requirements and our service level internally and externally 7. Define program improvements by analyzing data and trends 8. Drive the implementation of solutions 9. Serve as first point of contact with customers 10. Translate customer requirements into operational procedures, so as to enhance the overall customer experience 11. Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas 12. Ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered 13. Participate in best practice sharing 14. Evaluate client-facing work scope and activities to assure maximum value and resource efficiency Requirements 1. Degree holder or equivalent qualification 2. Minimum 7 years' experience in international logistics, preferably with experience in managing Key accounts and Contract Logistics 3. Excellent in business communication and presentation skills 4. Good at interpersonal skills and building customer relationships at various levels. 5. Strong in problem solving and analytical skills 6. Ability to adopt & adapt new information technologies 7.
