Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in mobile phone accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality products. This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile phone accessories market, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities: ●Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers of mobile phone accessories, ensuring that they meet the company’s quality and cost standards. ●Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize cost savings while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines. ●Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand without overstocking. ●Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and technological advancements in mobile phone accessories to make informed procurement decisions. ●Cost Management: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for the company. ●Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all procured products meet the company’s quality standards. Visiting manufacturer will be required in some occasions. ●Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. ●Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management. Qualifications: ●Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mobile phone accessories or related products. ●Education: Minimum of high school education is required, University degree in business is preferable. ●Knowledge: Strong understanding of the mobile phone accessories market, including key suppliers, product trends, and pricing strategies. ●Skills: ●Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ●Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ●Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. ●Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive. ●Conversational English Language skills. ●Dedication: A commitment to the role, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
