We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operational activities of our supply chain team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain processes from order management to final delivery. The manager will oversee production, coordinate logistics, and manage supplier relationships for our smart home appliance business, ensuring on-time shipments to global markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management: Collaborate with the planning and sales teams to confirm demand and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Manage the process from order confirmation to supplier engagement and ensure timely execution. 2. Production Oversight: Oversee the production process at suppliers' facilities, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met. Coordinate the preparation and approval of necessary materials such as artwork and packaging. 3. Supplier Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining clear communication on production progress and handling pre-shipment inspections. Address any issues related to production delays, quality control, or discrepancies. 4. Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Arrange vessel bookings and manage shipment schedules for products heading to global markets, primarily Turkey and Europe. Work with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments, and handle any unexpected shipping or logistical challenges. 5. Payment & Financial Oversight: Oversee supplier payment processes in coordination with the finance team, ensuring adherence to payment terms and prompt issue resolution. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on production progress, shipping status, and potential risks to ensure transparency and timely communication with all stakeholders. Ensure all contracts, purchase orders, and shipment documents are accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations, ideally within manufacturing or consumer electronics/home appliances. Proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional coordination. Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, and supplier management. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and manage both local and global logistics demands.
