The role leads team members and oversees all financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the location’s short and long term financial goals of CDA Shenzhen. Responsible for analysis of information, preparation of accounting reports for CDA Shenzhen location. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, control and timeliness of all financial reports, coordinate with other functions to provide support on managing the business using Win Strategy. Job Responsibility: 86 Oversee accounting functions and ensure local and company policies are followed. 86 Support BUM and Division Controller in all aspects of planning and reporting, so management has accurate and timely information to make financial decisions. 86 Perform weekly forecasting and annual budgeting including complete the annual corporate and staff department allocation methodology and process. 86 Manage coordination and audit/review monthly closing process. Monthly financial result review & analysis. 86 As site Management team member, participate in MT meeting, provide highlights on areas that need specific improvement from the analysis of monthly results made. 86 Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc reports, as assigned by Corporate, location and CDA. 86 Participate in Kaizen or other continuous improvement activities, provide suggestions for cost reduction and improved efficiency. 86 Management of cash flow. 86 Preparation of the statutory financial statements in accordance with China and Shenzhen accounting standards. 86 Maintain accounting controls by compiling and monitoring accounting principles, relevant regulations, laws and standards: Ensure accounting and taxation are complied with U.S. GAAP and local GAAP. 86 Assist business expansion plans and investment analysis. 86 Coordinate with Shared Service Centre on accounting functions. 86 Oversee and maintain good internal controls for all functions. Act as location Compliance Officer. 86 Ensure Sox requirements are followed. 86 Ensure proper control of company assets. 86 Handle annual external audit, legal and company secretarial work. 86 Review & post entry in JDE system. 86 Other special projects for company as necessary. Qualifications: 86 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline 86 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing field, at least 3 years of FIN team management experiences. 86 Knowledge of local taxation and foreign exchange policy 86 Exposure to MRP system 86 Thorough knowledge of all aspects of general accounting 86 Excellent Communication and coordination skills, strong accountability, attention to details. 86 Must continuously maintain high degree of integrity. 86 Self-driven, high commitment to support business growth with financial knowledge, analysis and cost control.
