Job Responsibilities: 1.HRIS Management: - Assist in the administration and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. - Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making. - Provide user support and training for HRIS users, resolving system issues as needed. - Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system updates and improvements.
2.Employee Service Center Operations: - Support the day-to-day operations of the HR shared service center, including employee inquiries and transactions. - Process HR transactions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR service center functions
3.General HR Support: - Assist with employee activities, including annual events and company activity. - Support employee relations initiatives, including handling basic employee queries and assisting with conflict resolution. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirement: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. 2.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate reports. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. 5.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 6.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 7.Experience: Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus but not required.
